Your support puts real tools in students' hands and sends NC State to the national stage. Let's build the future of wind energy together.
Windpack is a fully student-led team competing in the Collegiate Wind Competition. Sponsorship directly funds the materials, tooling, and travel that turn classroom theory into a working wind turbine, and connects your organization with motivated students entering the clean-energy workforce.
We are a student team with no overhead and no salaries. Financial or in-kind, your support converts directly into parts, tools, and the trip to nationals.
Composites, 3D-printing filament, electronics, and the raw stock behind every prototype and revision.
Test rigs, sensors, and shop equipment that let the team build and validate the turbine in-house.
Registration, transport, and lodging to get the whole team to the national competition each year.
Levels are flexible and can be met through financial or in-kind support. Full details are in the sponsor packet, or reach out and we will tailor a partnership around what you actually want out of it.
